1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a FIXR account or using the platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the FIXR platform.
2. Description of Service
FIXR is a cloud-based field service management platform providing: job creation, assignment and tracking; client and technician management; AI-powered voice commands (OpenAI Whisper & GPT-4o); automated AI insights and recommendations; and analytics dashboards.
FIXR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration
To access FIXR, you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
Notify FIXR immediately at contact@fixrfield.com of any unauthorized access. Each account is for a single organisation; sharing access across multiple organisations requires an Enterprise plan.
4. Subscription and Billing
FIXR offers three monthly plans: Starter ($29/mo — up to 3 technicians, 50 jobs), Pro ($49/mo — up to 15 technicians, unlimited jobs, AI), and Enterprise ($99/mo — unlimited everything, SLA 99.9%, custom AI).
14-day free trial: all new accounts receive full Pro access with no credit card required. After 14 days, billing begins for the selected plan.
14-day money-back guarantee: for new subscriptions, if you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. After this period, subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Billing is processed on the same date each month. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings. Cancellation stops future billing immediately; no partial-month refunds are issued after the 14-day guarantee period.
Upon cancellation, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which you can export your data. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FIXR to: violate any applicable law or regulation; upload or transmit malware or malicious code; attempt unauthorised access to FIXR systems or other accounts; reverse-engineer or decompile the platform; or resell access without written permission.
FIXR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
7. Data and Privacy
Your data belongs to you. FIXR processes your data solely to provide the described service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
AI features process data via OpenAI's API under a data processing agreement that prohibits training on customer data. Data is stored in the EU (Supabase eu-west-2) with Row Level Security ensuring strict multi-tenant isolation.
8. Intellectual Property
FIXR and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including all software, designs, trademarks, and documentation.
Your data remains your property. You grant FIXR a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.
9. Service Level Agreement
FIXR targets 99.5% monthly uptime for Pro plans and 99.9% for Enterprise. Scheduled maintenance windows (communicated 48 hours in advance) are excluded from SLA calculations.
Enterprise customers are eligible for service credits in the event of downtime exceeding agreed targets, as defined in their Enterprise agreement.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIXR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
FIXR'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO FIXR IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Modifications to Terms
FIXR may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at fixrfield.com/terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
